1. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery estimates vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please refer to the delivery estimates provided during the checkout process.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping:

  • Posh & Co LLC currently ships to [list of countries]. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their order. Posh & Co LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

5. Damages:

  • Posh & Co LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • 1. Return Eligibility:

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • 2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
